But the current domestic Counter is mainly supplied with roll packing, shoe factories have to cutting and skiving after received roll packing Counter. 但是目前国内生产的港宝都是以卷装片材为主，鞋厂拿回港宝以后，裁片、削边，而且还要配合各种不同的设计处理或车缝要求，并兼顾鞋子外观的美感和穿着的舒适，因此对各种工艺要求很高，对操作人员的技术要求也很高。造成了一定的操作难度和材料损失。

This series of equipment can directly produce suitable Counter sheets for each shoe according to different styles by different shoe factories.

According to the cutting efficiency and the average worker wage, cutting labor costs about 0.015 RMB each pair (2 pieces)

B skiving and polishing process 削边、打磨部分

According to the skiving and polishing efficiency and the average worker wage, skiving labor costs about 0.05 – 0.06 RMB each pair (2 pieces)

C Material loss材料损耗

The actual usage 90% for each yard Counter, at least 10% material loss, and cost about 0.07-0.10RMB

每码港宝实际使用率90%，至少10%的边角料，损耗材料成本费用每双（2片）约为0.07-0.10元

D Electricity, maintenance and other losses电费、设备维护及时其他损耗

According to the average cost, it costs about 0.02-0.03RMB each pair(2 pieces) 按平均综合费用计算，每双（2片）港宝平均约为0.02-0.03元

The total cost is 0.155-0.205 RMB and two shoes cost 0.30-0.40 RMB

综合以上成本费用为0.155-0.205元
